Solar Hot Water systems can reduce your energy bills by using the sun to preheat your domestic hot water. This workshop will include an overview of system theory and design, as well as a discussion of component selection and sizing. This workshop will also walk you through the basics of determining if you have a good site, understanding a system's potential in our climate, finding a solar contractor, comparing bids and understanding incentives, the installation process, and maintenance and operation of your system. 

Target audience: Residential customers with little or no solar background.
